Health Attitude is a must read for all health care professionals and any person interested in the health care system in the United States. This book clearly identifies both the problems and the opportunities to improving the health care system. It is particularly strong on the impact that technology can have not only on the quality of care but the customer experience. It contains solid suggestions that health care providers can do now as well as a roadmap for what consumers can expect and demand from the providers. Unlike so many other books that tend to be moralizing, this book is practical and informative. John Patrick has made a solid contribution to the field for physicians, professionals and consumers.
