In this section, I share what I am up to, pictures of the week, what is new in AI and crypto, and more.

Thanks for the feedback. AI was the winner with 100% very or extremely (63%) interested. Photos were 88% somewhat or very interested. Startups were 88% very or extremely interested. Crypto was 75% somewhat or very interested with none extremely interested. The least interested was the GAMMNAT spreadsheet with 50% not at all interested. I appreciate knowing this but it is the most time consuming to prepare. I will pause it beginning this week. May consider monthly. The most optimistic view was 100% interested in “Other”. Guess I need to keep coming up with new things.

Dr. Paul Wright and Dr. Mark Hirko from Nuvance Health and I visited the Watson research center on Monday. I spent many days in that amazing building back in the day. It holds 3,000 people. When I was at IBM they had 1,200 PhDs working on breakthrough research. Many researchers now work from home. One new item since I was last there is a parking lot with canopies to protect the cars but also to generate electricity. The solar panels produce more than 5 megawatts of power and take care of 50 or so EVs of employees. We got a close look at IBM’s Quantum computers. Quite impressive. We spent most of our time in an off-campus house which IBM acquired for healthcare research. The house was full of sensors. The research management showed us some very impressive digital modeling of people in the house.

On Saturday, we took a 130 mile motorcycle ride around New York State. First stop was Franklin D. Roosevelt’s home in Hyde Park, NY. Next step was the Vanderbilt Mansion also in Hyde Park. Then to Millbrook, NY for lunch at a pub.

This is a huge milestone in our journey to revolutionize early cancer detection and make it accessible to everyone. Accurate and affordable early cancer detection is within reach!”

“But we’re just getting started! We invite you to join us on this incredible journey…and get in on the ground floor of something that will be talked about as one of the great discoveries changing the face of cancer care forever. Together, we can make a difference in the fight against cancer. If you’re passionate about innovation in healthcare and want to be a part of something meaningful, now is your chance to invest in Epi One.”

“We have been officially accepted to launch our investment campaign on the Start Engine broker-dealer, which entails a higher level of diligence and compliance requirements and opens options for attracting more investors. We’ll soft close here on September 4 and re-launch through StartEngine broker-dealer shortly thereafter.”

“Our mission is personal—driven by loss and fueled by hope. Your investment could help save countless lives by enabling faster, more precise diagnoses. We have raised over $1.1M in this round; now it’s your chance to be part of the solution that turns the tide against cancer.”
