John - I am sorry that I can't be there to help you celebrate in person but am thrilled that I can contribute via etribute. I feel very lucky to have had the pleasure of working in your organization...even if our SecureWay brand name has long faded. Your creativity and leadership style is one that fostered a sense of purpose and belonging. Everyone working under you always felt that their contributions were important and recognized as important to the greater good, that we were all part of the family. Happy employees make motivated employees and although I never work so many hours in my life, I had good company leaving Somers after the parking lot lights went out for the night! And we sure kept the pizza and Chinese food guys in business. Those SecureWay years were my fondest so far in my 14 year career, times I will treasure always.
