As a relatively new member of your fan club, I want to take this opportunity to thank you for your many contributions to the Admin community. Starting w/ Jane Bozzone and continuing w/ Mary Keough, you have allowed great people the time (?)to be a part of our council. You understood the power and leverage of our function almost before we did--and we have counted on you to be our *sponsor* when it counted.

I also greatly enjoyed interviewing you re: Net Attitude for our the assistants and their managers. We were all grateful for the time you took writing the book (including the reference to the friendly admin assistant in the early pages) and for sharing it w/ us.

Personally, I have to tell you that your calling me the Paula Zahn of IBM, right before the ad calling her the sexy interviewer was pulled, *really* made my day--and might make getting other people to agree to be interviewed by me easier. Thanks for the support!
