I feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to work for you in my career. It was an awesome experience and one filled with lots of great memories. I often make the onions/bbq sauce recipe from Pennwood :-)

Now that I'm away from Adtech, I appreciate even more the special place that you created and the superb people you brought on board. You have truly been an inspiration to me in that you proved the impossible was indeed possible,
that starting small and growing big really works and most of all, that you've got to have fun while you're at it.

Thank you for your support and confidence in me when I approached new challenges while in Adtech (e.g. new mgr, Franklin, LA Webcast, etc). You're a hard act to follow and will be greatly missed. Keep in touch.
