Motorcycles

Motorcycling is a hobby I have enjoyed for many years. I wrote a story in 1998 about how my interest started. There is much more in the motorcycles category of the blog. Except for a major exception in 2010, most winters were mild and without much snow so it has been possible to ride almost every weekend. That was then. I don’t ride in the cold any longer. It requires some special equipment and procedures and is no longer fun. A couple of books related to motorcycling are: The Holy Ranger — Harley-Davidson poems by Martin Jack Rosenbaum, Outlaw Machine — Harley-Davidson, and The Search for the American Soul by Brock Yates.
