Much of my time at IBM was spent at speaking engagements for customers or at various conferences. Since e-tirement at the end of 2001, it has been a privilege to continue speaking about topics for which I have a passion: Healthcare and the Future of the Internet. Speaking engagements may be at corporate or non-profit organizations or at conferences. I see the merger of the Internet with healthcare as one of the most exciting developments on the horizon, and I enjoy sharing my vision for it. One of my early speeches about the Internet took place in Paris in 1996. You can watch it here. If you like nostalgia, you can view a video of my closing speech at the tenth anniversary celebration of e-commerce in Washington, D.C. here.
