You’ve made a big difference in my life and my career, and I want to take this opportunity to thank you. While working with you and for you over the past seven-and-a-half years, I’ve learned an enormous amount about IBM, about the effect that technology can have on people, and about how a person with a clear vision (and a Net Attitude) can change the world.

I look forward to continuing to work with you, even if it won't be quite as closely as it was -- the world still needs a LOT of changes!
